The cuisine of the Il Castello restaurant offers original dishes with ancient flavors of the Tuscan tradition revisited in an innovative way. The menu has always been treated with passion and attention to every detail, respecting the seasonality of agricultural production. The ingredients choice are expertly processed for each dish. Starter, first course, main course and dessert: each course adds nuances of flavor, which evoke the taste of simple, yet refined cuisine.

SOCIAL ROOMS

The restaurant has two large rooms with vaulted ceilings lit by antique wrought iron chandeliers and classic-style furnishings. Its charming rooms with refined and elegant character perfectly welcome a romantic dinner, a business lunch, a ceremony, but also refreshments and parties, both in the historic rooms and in the wide and luxurious garden. The capacity of the restaurant (ninety seats) can accommodate large groups.
